To encourage students to care for society, cultivate altruism, foster social participation, and develop critical thinking skills, the "Social Practice Award" has been established to recognize individuals who have made tangible contributions to the school and society.
Nomination Criteria: Current students of the university who demonstrate significant contributions in one of the following six areas may be nominated by university departments: 1.Local Care 2.International Volunteerism 3.Long-term Care 4.Industrial Collaboration 5.Environmental Sustainability 6.Food Safety

Application Process
1.Download the "Social Practice Award Recommendation Form." Groups must also complete [Appendix 1].
2.Save the completed recommendation form as a PDF (limited to 20 pages, including opinions from recommending units, the signature of the unit supervisor, and the signature of the applicant/representative). Upload the file to a personal cloud storage and provide the download link.
