Starting from the first semester of the 2013 academic year (102nd academic year), student transcripts no longer include conduct scores. However, conduct scores from before the 2013 academic year will still be retained.
Graduates who need to apply for a Conduct Score Conversion Certificate, a Record of Rewards and Punishments, or a Certificate of No Major Disciplinary Actions may request either a digital or printed copy via email.
