{"id":10758,"date":"2025-07-04T11:11:46","date_gmt":"2025-07-04T03:11:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/assistance.sa.ntnu.edu.tw\/?page_id=10758"},"modified":"2026-08-20T15:02:41","modified_gmt":"2026-08-20T07:02:41","slug":"ministry-edu-6","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/assistance.sa.ntnu.edu.tw\/en\/ministry-edu-6\/","title":{"rendered":"Laptop Loan Program for Economically and Culturally Disadvantaged Students"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To promote equal access to education and strengthen support for disadvantaged students, NTNU offers a short-term laptop loan service to help students in need complete their academic work successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">Eligibility<\/mark><\/strong><br>Applicants must be currently enrolled students at NTNU and meet economic or cultural disadvantage criteria.<br>Students who meet any of the following conditions and require a laptop for academic purposes may apply:<br>\u00b7 Students from low-income or lower-middle-income households<br>\u00b7 Children\/grandchildren from families facing special hardship<br>\u00b7 Students with disabilities or children of disabled individuals<br>\u00b7 Indigenous students&#8221;<br>\u00b7Students meeting the Ministry of Education&#8217;s disadvantaged student criteria<br>\u00b7Students from culturally and educationally underserved regions (including international students)<br>\u00b7Students identified as having financial hardship by their advisor or relevant units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">Application Periods<\/mark><\/strong>: February 1 and August 1 every year. Laptops are distributed in order of approval after qualification review.<br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">Loan Period:<\/mark><\/strong> The default loan duration is one semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color must sign a Laptop Loan Agreement before receiving the equipment.<br>2.Borrowers must use and maintain the laptop responsibly, and return it by the agreed deadline.<br>3.In case of damage, loss, or
